We strive for accuracy across all 108,000+ race results and statistics on the Site. However, all data is compiled independently from publicly available historical records and may contain errors or omissions. Specifically:

Statistics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
Historical records from early NASCAR seasons (1949-1971) may have gaps due to incomplete official documentation
Predictive analytics (NR-Rating, expected finishes, championship odds) are statistical models, not guarantees
Race results and standings are updated regularly but may lag behind official NASCAR sources
