The NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series is the second-highest level of NASCAR competition, serving as the primary developmental series for drivers aiming to reach the Cup Series. Formerly known as the Xfinity Series (2015-2025), Busch Series (1984-2007), and Nationwide Series (2008-2014), the series adopted the O'Reilly Auto Parts name for the 2026 season. The 2026 season features 33 races across ovals, short tracks, road courses, and two street circuits — including the new San Diego race on Father's Day weekend. The O'Reilly Auto Parts Series often races on the same weekends as the Cup Series, typically on Saturdays, giving fans a full weekend of competition. The championship format mirrors the Cup Series with the Chase, and the season finale is at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 7.
